Half Price Flooring, Las Vegas’s top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented sales strategist to join our team, under our management company as a 1099 employee, to help drive sales! 

What You’ll Do:
✅ Generate sales opportunities through cold calls, on-site meetings, and trade shows
✅ Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
✅ Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates
✅ Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings
✅ Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office and in the field by visiting potential contractors, builders, apartment complexes, motels/hotels, and large organizations
✔️ Minimum 5 years of high-end sales and strategy experience (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus)
✔️ Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
✔️ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong ability to work alone and in a team environment
✔️ Preferred experience with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce
✔️ Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month

This is a bi-weekly flat rate salary, plus unlimited commission potential. You will be a 1099-employee under our management company.
