Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business
- Develop strategic and operational goals and objectives
- Implement systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Manage operations and oversee inventory control
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager preferred
- Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Ability to analyze financial data, create budgets, and develop financial forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
Hours
- Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays 7:00am to 5:00pm.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
